My story is like a lot of others: I’ve spent countless hundreds trying to figure out exactly what’s going on with my Jeep. After two caliper fixes and brake jobs from other well known shops in the area the 41st Jiffy lube referred to HTA as “the suspension GOATS” lol. In all sincerity, I was welcomed. Talked to like I could understand explained car issues. And given a fair price for the fix. Im flabbergasted my Jeep runs this well. They found a number of issues three other shops hadn’t and they all make sense. Not nonsensical bases less fixes. I’ve found a gem with these extremely knowledgeable men and feel blessed (not to be dramatic) but my car is my lifeline. I feel blessed.
